PlayStation VR2 drops to its lowest price ever ahead of PC compatibility – save £200
PLAYSTATION owners were very excited to get their hands on the PS VR2 until they saw the price.
Usually priced at £529, people weren’t willing to pay more for a VR headset than they did for their PS5s.
Sony recently announced that the PlayStation VR2 would gain extra functionality with a huge upgrade.
Starting on August 7, people will be able to play VR games from their PCs on their PS VR2 after compatibility is updated.
If you want to grab a PS VR2 in preparation for PC compatibility, there are huge sales taking place across a number of retailers.
All retailers are currently selling PS VR2 bundles with two controllers for up to £200 below the asking price.
The best deal that we could find on the web was from Smyths, which is offering a 40% discount on the PS VR2.
With a £200 discount, this is the best deal you can get for the PS VR2 and home delivery is available.
However, if you want other options, there are still great deals available via Currys, Amazon and Argos, which are all selling the PS VR2 for £180 off.
While the price drop has happened suddenly, we don’t know how long it will last.
The price change hasn’t been announced officially by Sony, so it is likely only until the sales for the PS VR2 improve.
