My favorite Logitech travel mouse is a steal at $29 for Prime Day

A good travel mouse is hard to find, at least for me. If it’s too small, it’s uncomfortable; if it’s too large, it takes up excessive space in my bag. Logitech’s M720 “Triathlon” design is several years old at this point, but it’s still the best one I’ve ever used. It’s comfy, works well with multiple devices, and runs for years (literally!) on a single AA battery. During Amazon’s Prime Day sales event, it’s now just $28.49.
The M720 Triathlon is a pretty basic design, with a standard scroll wheel and two thumb buttons, plus an extra button for swapping between devices. You also get the standard mix of Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless via dongle, for compatibility with almost any modern device. But it’s the balance here that I really like. At 4.53 inches long and 1.78 inches high, it’s a good bit larger than a standard travel mouse, which makes it comfier in my average cis male-sized hands. I can use this mouse for an entire day’s worth of work and not feel cramped or sore, which is more than I can say for similar travel mice designs.
With a 1,000 DPI sensor and a tilting scroll wheel, which can switch between clicky and fast scrolling, it’s equipped for just about any office or browsing task. And it comes with an AA battery in the box that will last for two years of use, a genuinely astonishing battery life. The M720 Triathlon also has a gesture button (like the MX Master series) and compatibility with Logitech’s multi-device Flow system.
This mouse is more than reasonable at its usual $39.99 street price, but with this hefty Prime Day discount, it’s an easy recommendation. I’ve been using and loving mine for years.
