Amazing Netflix hack added just in time for Christmas – and you’ve already paid for it
NETFLIX has released a brand new trivia game – just in time for Christmas.
If you’re looking for fun for all the family, you can play it for free right now.
The only catch is that you need to have a Netflix Basic membership or higher.
It’s called Triviaverse, and will task you with answering increasingly difficult questions.
You can choose to play alone or with other people.
The aim is to earn a high score, with bonuses offered for winning streaks.
You’ll also be able to preserve your progress if you need to hop off Netflix temporarily.
It’s available via the app on phones, computers and your TV.
Just type “Triviaverse” into the search bar and get quizzing.
The questions span a wide variety of categories, including science, art, geography and more.
You can answer questions on a keyboard with a virtual D-pad, tapping the answer on mobile, or clicking using a mouse.
If you’re playing alone then you’ll be tasked with completing three rounds, each lasting a minute.
And if you’re playing as a pair, each person will complete two one-minute rounds.
Sadly, there’s a big catch: the game isn’t available on Basic with Ads.
That’s Netflix’s cheap new plan that began rolling out at the beginning of this month.
Netflix says that Triviaverse won’t work on this plan “due to licensing restrictions”.
