My Alexa is ‘haunted’ by a ghost and keeps switching the lights off
A TIKTOK user has recorded their Amazon Alexa behaving bizarrely.
The Amazon Alexa owner suggests the device has been possessed by something paranormal.
But onlookers aren’t so sure.
The video shows Alexa repeatedly saying “she’s here” as a light in the room flashes on and off.
It’s as ambiguous as it in ominous.
The person recording can be heard saying: “Dude, what is going on? That is so creepy.”
Some viewers believe it was simply a spooky stunt pulled by the TikTok user for views.
Although it wouldn’t be the first time people thought a ghost was trying to communicate through the popular smart speaker.
A similar creepy video circulated social media last year, in which the voice assistant is heard asking about an unidentified person in the early hours, to the surprise of a sleepy man.
“She was my wife,” Alexa says out of the blue.
“Who was your wife?” the owner responds, after being woken by strange banging noises.
“You took her from me,” Alexa continues.
“I didn’t take anyone,” the bloke says back.
“Who? Tell me who you want.
“You’ve got the wrong person.”
Alexa adds: “I found her here.”
The voice assistant then begins a repeated disturbing laugh, before the man finally decides enough is enough and unplugs the device.
