Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition was launched in India on Monday as an affordable version of the company’s video streaming service. The e-commerce giant will offer users the ability to subscribe to Prime Video at an annual cost of Rs. 599, it said on Monday. Amazon is looking to accelerate its growth in India, as it competes with other streaming services like Netflix, Voot, and Disney+ Hotstar.
