Beijing- Astronauts searching for life on aliens are conducting new experiments. All these experiments are going on in space. There is also a struggle between some powerful countries to gain control of space. In this, the astronauts of China’s space sector have made a great achievement. They have grown rice in space. They have grown this rice plant in space from the rice grains that these astronauts have. Along with this, they have also succeeded in growing a plant called thel cress in space. This theel represents green vegetables such as cress cabbage or brussel sprouts.

Plants grew rapidly in space
The Chinese Academy of Science told TV channel CGTN that the Theal Crest plant has had a few leaves in a month. 30 cm of long grain rice and 5 cm of small grain are grown.

What is the purpose of experiments?
The researchers want to study how the rice plants grown in the laboratory on this space station will grow and how their entire life cycle will be. It is also being investigated whether the atmosphere in space will be used to increase the quality of these plants.
These plants will come to earth by December
It is reported that these plants grown in space will be brought to earth by the end of this year by December. They will have to wait till December as it will take more time for them to fully grow. After being brought here, these plants will be compared with the plants on earth. What more research will be done on these plants is still in the pipeline.
Research on plants in space was also done earlier
This is not the first time that China has experimented with growing plants in space. Earlier, the first batch of rice grown in space was harvested in July last year. They had sent 40 grams of rice into space. Later they were cultivated on earth.
