Twitter in action mode after Musk came.. So many Indian accounts closed

New Delhi: Ever since Elon Musk became the new owner of Twitter, many people have been watching his decisions. He has also made many changes in it. One of the changes is that 52,141 accounts in India have been banned. These accounts were closed between August 26 and September 25. The accounts were banned for promoting child sexual abuse, non-consensual nudity and related content.

After the arrival of Elon Musk, Twitter has also banned accounts promoting terrorism.

Twitter clarified in its report that it had received 157 complaints from Indian users. He also clarified that action was taken against 129 URAs in that regard.

Twitter has clarified that the company received 43 complaints to terminate the account. Hence these Twitter accounts have been removed. Along with this, the company has also given appropriate response to the complainants who have come in this regard.

Although complaints are made, lakhs of accounts in India are suspended every month due to this rule on WhatsApp as well. According to the IT Rules 2021, there should be a Grievance Officer for major platforms. However, the company has also said that after the account is suspended, a report has to be given to the company.

The deal between Musk and Twitter is done. Now the owner of Twitter is Elon Musk. So now new ways of making money from this transaction are being sought. He also said that now the user will have to spend Rs 700 for the blue tickmark on Twitter.
