Ola Electric has come up with a new feature for its customers. Under which you will be able to lock your electric scooter with a mobile app. Initial vehicles were not provided with this feature so the company has updated this feature to make it available.

Ola Electric will soon be updating its first OTA on its electric scooters S1 and S1 Pro. The electric two wheeler company said that it will soon make this missing feature available in its electric scooter. This will further increase the safety of electric bikes.
- Bhavish Agarwal, founder and CEO of Ola Electric, shared a video of the Ola app. In which he has said that Ola’s scooter app will be activated soon. This will further enhance the safety features of electric scooters. With this app you will be able to lock your electric scooter via mobile. Meanwhile, Ola Electric had revealed before the app lock how to activate the app lock feature to lock the scooter if you are not using an electric scooter. Accordingly, these electric updates were missing in their electric scooters S1 and S1 Pro.
- This is the first OTA update for the S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters since its launch in August last year. The company will add some more specifications to the scooter, including features like Bluetooth connectivity, navigation and cruise control. Ola Electric has compiled a list of all its new features. Ola Electric customers, meanwhile, will have to wait a little longer for some features like Hill Hold Control and Hyper Mode. Recently, Varun Dubey had said that some of these updates are likely to take place before June this year.
