Meta’s Threads finally gets direct messages. It only took two years
In a recent Threads post, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg wrote that the company’s microblogging platform has started testing out a new feature: direct messages. Instant messaging in Threads will first be available to users in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Argentina. More regions are promised “soon.” Meta has not said when they will become widely available.
