TVS has launched new models of Apa RTR 160 and Apa RTR 180. Both the bikes will come with special features and updated look as well as new ride modes. If you too are choosing a bike between the two, these five things in this article will be a game changer for you.

TVS Motor (TVS) The company has its RTR 180 (Apache RTR 180) and has launched its new model Apache RTR 160 in India. The company has launched both the latest bikes with several updates. Apart from new features, look and design, customers also get new riding modes in the new Apache bikes. The ex-showroom price of the RTR 180 is Rs 1.30 lakh, while the ex-showroom price of the RTR 160 is Rs 1.17 lakh. Both the bikes in this range are available with powerful performance. We are going to see five highlights related to your RTR 180 and RTR 160 in this article.

Design changes: Although the basic design of TVS Apache RTR 180 and RTR 160 remains the same, this time TVS has gifted the customers with updated graphics, newly designed headlight and new taillight. Apart from this, the latest bikes get new body panels and faux vents on the front cowl.

Special Features: Both bikes offer features like a new digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, TVS SmartXonnext and segment-first voice assist. Both the new Apache models also offer features like turn-by-turn navigation, gear position indicator and shift assist, call and notification alerts, race telemetry and lap timer mode.

New engine options: The 2022 models of your RTR 180 and RTR 160 are powered by powerful engines. The RTR 160 gets the same 159.7 cc petrol engine as before, while the RTR 180 will get a 177.4 PS petrol engine.

Bike Ride Mode : Ride mode is offered for the first time in both of our new models. TVS has given its customers three ride modes namely Sport, Urban and Rain mode. The bike can be switched between throttle mapping and ABS on selected ride modes.

Price: Our RTR 160 comes in three variants including Drum, Disc and Disc BT. Their ex-showroom prices are Rs 1,17,790, Rs 1,21,290 and Rs 1,24,590 respectively. On the other hand, the RTR 180 Disc BT comes in a single variant and is priced at Rs 1,30,590 ex-showroom.
