This service will be closed from 8 PM on January 22. Customers will not be able to recharge the phone during this time.

By sending this message, the company is issuing an alert to all its prepaid customers. A message from the company said that the prepaid recharge facility will be closed on January 22 from 8 pm onwards. The service will remain closed for 13 hours and will resume after 9.30 am the next day on January 23. The company has sent this message to all its prepaid users on their mobiles in both Hindi and English languages.

In fact, the company wants no customer to face any problem during this period, so the alert is already in place. If you are using Vodafone-Idea prepaid number and your recharge is about to expire, recharge today. Otherwise you will be in trouble for 13 hours.

The company is in trouble

Unable to pay the license fee to the government, the company has faced the problem of canceling the license. The company was supposed to pay Rs 780 crore as license fee but Vodafone-Idea has been able to pay only Rs 78 crore. Troubled Vodafone-Idea has not even launched 5G services so far.
