Every day these schemes and unwanted schemes do not arise without raising their heads. Therefore, there was anger among the citizens against these companies. Now TRAI has taken strict steps to bring these companies to book. Telecom regulator TRAI has announced strict measures for this. Telecom operators i.e. mobile companies have been asked to charge on calls and SMS. TRAI guidelines for this (TRAI Guidelines) have been announced. Accordingly, the telecom companies will have to take action in this regard within a month.
